2 Organisation of the document

This part of the ERN standard has seven clauses and one annex. Clauses 1 and 2 provide a general introduction and the scope of this document as well as the organisation of this part of the ERN standard. Clauses 3 and 4 give a set of normative references as well as terms definitions and abbreviations that are used in this part of the ERN standard. Clauses 5 and 6 then define two profiles for communicating releases with cloud-based storage servers before Clause 7 defines the two messages that support these profiles.

Finally, Annex A provides some release notes.
